These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OhMyBaggz website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Brjd Ltd ("OhMyBaggz", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17025691).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data.

To use the Platform and enter competitions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and entry.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated for a specific competition.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Not be an employee, officer, or director of Brjd Ltd (trading as OhMyBaggz), or an immediate family member or household member of such persons.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we reasonably believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account and void any competition entries without refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in prize competitions is lawful in your jurisdiction. OhMyBaggz accepts no liability for users who enter competitions from jurisdictions where participation may be restricted or prohibited.

Each competition listed on the Platform is a prize competition as defined under UK law. Entry requires the participant to answer a skill-based question correctly. Competitions are not lotteries and are not regulated by the Gambling Commission.

Each competition page will display the following information: the prize description, the total number of tickets available, the ticket price, the maximum number of tickets per participant, the closing date and time, and any specific terms applicable to that competition.

To enter a competition, you must: (a) have a registered account on the Platform; (b) answer the skill-based question correctly; and (c) purchase one or more tickets for the relevant competition. Incorrect answers to the skill-based question will prevent entry.

The maximum number of tickets that any single participant may purchase for a given competition is stated on the competition page. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including through the use of multiple accounts, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all entries.

OhMyBaggz reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend any competition at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders for the affected competition will receive a full refund.

All ticket prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are as shown on the competition page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS technology.

Once a ticket purchase is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the transaction is final. Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• The competition is cancelled by OhMyBaggz, in which case a full refund will be issued automatically.
• A duplicate charge has occurred due to a technical error, in which case the duplicate payment will be refunded.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. OhMyBaggz is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are acquiring an entry into a prize competition and that there is no guarantee of winning. The purchase of a ticket does not constitute the purchase of the prize itself.

The winner of each competition is selected by random draw from all valid entries. The draw is conducted using a certified random number generator and is verified by an independent third party to ensure complete fairness and transparency.

Draws take place either when all tickets for a competition have been sold, or on the closing date specified on the competition page, whichever occurs first. Where possible, draws are conducted live on our social media channels and recorded for verification purposes.

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw taking place. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this period, or if they are found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner through a further random draw.

Prizes will be delivered to the winner free of charge within the United Kingdom via a fully insured premium courier service. International delivery may be available at our discretion. OhMyBaggz is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to international deliveries.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, unless OhMyBaggz determines at its sole discretion that the original prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

All luxury bags offered as prizes are 100% authentic and come with a certificate of authenticity. Each item has been independently verified by certified luxury goods experts prior to listing.

OhMyBaggz offers a VIP subscription service that provides additional benefits including early access to competitions, bonus loyalty points, exclusive competitions, and other perks as described on the subscription page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up. Payments are processed through Stripe and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the subscriber.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy VIP benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

OhMyBaggz reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits with 30 days' written notice to subscribers. If you do not agree to such changes, you may cancel before they take effect.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of Brjd Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The OhMyBaggz name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Brjd Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account or use another person's account without authorisation.
• Use any automated system, software, bot, or script to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features, access restrictions, or ticket limits on the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or intended to manipulate the outcome of any competition.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers or networks.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any entries or prizes, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.

Subject to the foregoing, OhMyBaggz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or any competition shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to OhMyBaggz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on the Platform.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, provided that nothing in this clause shall prevent you from exercising any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
